Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy:

We ship all orders directly from our store using reliable courier partners enabled via Shiprocket.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours after order confirmation.
  • Dispatch timelines may vary during festivals, high-volume sale periods, acts of nature, or unforeseen logistical constraints.

Delivery Timelines:

  • Transit time depends on the delivery location and courier partner.
  • On average, deliveries take 4–7 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines are indicative only and may be impacted by external factors beyond our control.
  • If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing the order. Expedited shipping may be arranged subject to feasibility and additional charges.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking details (AWB number) will be shared via SMS/Email and will be visible under “My Orders” once the order is dispatched.
  • Tracking information is generally updated within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional service fee.
  • Prepaid orders do not carry any extra charges and may be eligible for applicable discounts.
  • Discounts and offers are valid only on prepaid orders unless stated otherwise.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order is dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party courier partners. Delays due to courier operations, address issues, weather, or force majeure events are not attributable to Ishta Devata.

Return & Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of our products and to prevent misuse, we follow a strict but fair return policy.

Return Window (IMPORTANT):

  • Return requests must be initiated within 24 HOURS of delivery.
  • Requests raised after 24 hours from delivery will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Customers are strongly advised to inspect the product immediately upon delivery.

Valid Reasons for Return (Defective Delivery Only):

Returns will be accepted only in case of Defective Delivery, which includes:

a) Product damaged during transit

b) Product missing

c) Empty box delivered

d) Incorrect / wrong product delivered

e) Duplicate product delivered

f) Used product delivered

Change of mind, dislike, or personal preference is NOT eligible for return.

Mandatory Proof Requirement:

  • To avoid fraudulent claims and misuse an unboxing video is MANDATORY for all return requests.
  • The video must:
  1. Be continuous (no cuts)
  2. Clearly show the sealed package
  3. Capture the issue (damage / missing / wrong item)
  4. Clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, product, and invoice may also be required.
  5. Any claim without valid video/photo proof will be rejected.

Non-Returnable Conditions:

We reserve the right to reject returns if:

a) Product is used, altered, installed, or tampered

b) Original packaging, invoice, labels, or accessories are missing or damaged

c) Return request is raised outside the 24-hour return window

d) Serial numbers / markings are altered

e) Claim appears suspicious, repetitive, or fraudulent

Return Approval & Inspection:

  • All return requests are subject to verification and approval.
  • Once approved, reverse pickup will be arranged via courier.
  • Returned products undergo quality inspection before refund approval.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are processed only after successful inspection of returned products.
  • Refunds are initiated within 2–4 business days after return approval.

Refund Mode:

  • Prepaid orders → Refunded to original payment method
  • COD orders → Refunded to customer’s bank account
  • Cash refunds are NOT provided
  • Please note: Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
  • Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 7–10 working days.
